 Customer Service Representative
     Job ID: 982

  Description: The Customer Service Representative (CSR) handles heavy phone volume in the TNI call center. Responsibilities include: 1. Answer incoming customer calls, take orders. 2. Research customer inquiries regarding customer accounts, orders, and product information. 3. Issue call tags, fax invoice copies, get proof of deliveries, and give web based Business to Business. 4. Issue billing adjustments and maintain proper back up.  
  Skills: Excellent PC skills are required with emphasis in Excel, Word, and 10-key by touch. Successful candidates must pay attention to detail and have outstanding language skills. 
  Experience: 1 - 2 years of previous Customer Service experience is required. Call Center experience is preferred. 
  Education: Must be a High School graduate (although some college is preferred).
